Mô Tả Công Việc (Job Description) :
Dream Talent là công ty chuyên về Digital Marketing được đặt trụ sở tại Mỹ và có văn phòng đại diện tại Hồ Chí Minh Việt Nam.
Trách Nhiệm: (Responsibilities) :
• Phát triển kế hoạch Digital Marketing cho các lưu lượng trang web, tạo ra khách hàng mới và đặt mục tiêu hàng tháng, hàng quý để đạt được nó.
• Báo cáo kế hoạch hàng tháng cùng đội ngũ bán hàng, đội ngũ Marketing để lên phương án hoàn thành công việc đúng thời hạn phù hợp ngân sách.
• Quản lý đội ngũ tiếp thị và vận hành đảm bảo tất cả các thành viên trong đội ngũ bao gồm giám đốc truyền thông, người viết quảng cáo, thiết kế đồ họa, nhà xây dựng chiến lược bán hàng làm việc hiệu quả với nhau để thực hiện tốt mục tiêu công việc.
• Tham mưu với CEO và VP of Sale & Marketing về mục tiêu và kết quả Marketing.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc : (Requirement)
• Làm việc Full time tại văn phòng tại 56 Đường số 6, Phường Bình Trưng Tây, Quận 2, TP Hồ Chí Minh.
• Thời gian từ Chủ Nhật đến Thứ 5 (Từ 9h PM đến 6h Am hôm sau - CA ĐÊM).
• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing và Sale Offline.
• Phải có kiến thức 5+ năm kinh nghiệm về Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Youtube Ad Marketing, Email Marketing, và dẫn dắt thế hệ.
• Hiểu cách thức vận hành thương mại điện tử và kênh bán hàng online (không bắt buộc nhưng nếu bạn biết và hiểu về nó sẽ là yếu tố cộng điểm).
• Biết đọc hiểu tiếng Anh là lợi thế trong lĩnh vực này (không bắt buộc).
• Có lịch sử hai năm làm trưởng nhóm, quản lý, hoặc vai trò quản lý.
• Có ít nhất 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Marketing và Sale Offline.

We are looking to hire an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager that have Sales & Marketing skill online. You must in depth knowledge about Sales & Marketing and understand how Digital Marketing work. That mean you must understand about Facebook Marketing.

• Generate monthly report for our Marketing campaign performance. Communicate with Sale Team, Digital Marketing Team to plan project and get the job done on time with budget.
• Manage our Marketing Team & Operation to ensure all team members include Social Media Manager, Copywriter, Graphic Designer, Sale Funnels Builder work together effectively and get the job & goal done.
• Communicate with CEO and VP of Sale & Marketing about Marketing goals and results.

• 5 + years proven experience in Marketing & Sales Online and Offline.
• Must have knowledge in Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
• Understand of how online sale funnels and E-commerce online work ( Optional but will be plus if you know and understand).
• Have a track record of 5+ years as a Team Leader, Manager or Management role.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business ( Optional ).
• Working from Sunday - Thursday (from 21h - 6h - NIGHT SHIFT).
• Must able to read and write fluent in Vietnamese.
• If you can read and understand English Language then it is definitely a major bonus + ( Optional).
• 5 + years proven experience in Marketing & Sales Online and Offline.
• Must have knowledge in Digital Marketing, Facebook Marketing, Email Marketing and Lead Generation.
